Tensions between Iran, Israel, and the United States have erupted into a full-scale conflict. The eleventh day of clashes has brought airstrikes, missile attacks, and mounting casualties. Israel launched targeted attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, hitting key sites in Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan. In response, Iran fired ballistic missiles at Tel Aviv and Haifa, breaching Israel’s Iron Dome defense system and killing multiple civilians.
The United States joined the conflict by deploying B-2 stealth bombers. They destroyed several Iranian military compounds and warned Tehran against further retaliation. President Biden stated, “We will not tolerate any threat to regional stability or American interests.” Iran’s leadership answered with defiance, vowing to continue what they called “resistance against Zionist and imperialist aggression.”
Global markets felt the shock immediately. Oil prices spiked as tankers rerouted from the Strait of Hormuz, where Iran threatened to block shipping. The IMF expressed concern, warning, “Prolonged conflict in the Middle East could slash global growth and inflate energy costs worldwide.”
Civilians on both sides continue to suffer. Hospitals in Tel Aviv and Tehran struggle with the wounded, while air raid sirens echo across cities. The international community demands de-escalation, but leaders push forward. As one observer noted, “War doesn’t determine who’s right—only who’s left.”
Every passing day writes a darker chapter in this high-stakes confrontation.
